Reignite your passion for life through Pelvic Vitality’s Desire Unlocked course in March

Feeling as though you’ve lost your zest for life and desire? Join Dr. Carrie Griffin and Dr. Sarah Landis for a 5-week in-person course for women to return to an embodied sense of desire and expand your capacity for pleasure.

In our time together you will learn how to:

• Risk feeling desire or longing

• Identify what’s getting in the way of what you’re wanting in your sexual life

• Transform places where you feel stuck using breathwork, parts-work, somatic and other depth-oriented approaches
